about me

I was born in Cincinnati, Ohio but currently live in Bowling Green, OH. I am licensed in both Michigan and Ohio so I can see clients in either state. I am passionate about self-compassion and helping clients develop relationships that create a sense of safety and connectedness.

My Philosophy

It can be hard to be a human. There are so many things that are out of our control. It's easy to feel alone and wonder if there's anyone that can help. I believe that clients already have all the resources they need to cope and thrive as humans, but sometimes they just need help accessing those resources. Underneath the unique stressors and experiences that an individual faces, there are core values that are waiting to be tapped into. There are strengths and resiliencies in each of us. My role is to help bring those to light!

I am open to working with all people, but I especially love working with young adults who are part of the LGBTQ+ community. Navigating this world can be so difficult, especially for queer and trans folks, but you don't have to do it alone! I am here to help you find the most "you" version of you!

As a Marriage and Family Therapist, my approach is always relational in nature. For couples, my focus is on improving the quality of the connection between partners to help them feel safe and valued. For individuals, I tend to focus on the relationship one has with their self to help them also feel safe and valued. We all crave safety and connection.
